Liebherr ICBS 3156 : fan freezes

Hi,
I have a Liebherr ICBS 3156 fridge.
For a few months now we have a problem with it:
Ice builds up around the fan, and this obviously creates problems.
A few weeks ago we turned off the fridge for a while and detached the inner panel at the back of the fridge to check if the fan was still operational despite being frozen for so long.
We discovered that behind this panel everything was frozen. It took a while in fact to detach it because of this. When everything was unfrozen I checked the fan and it actually appears to work: I made it spin by connecting it to a 9V battery.
We cleaned everything and put everything back in place.
Unfortunately a few days after that the freeze was back.
It looks like the fan never spin and this lets the freeze builds up.

Do you know what I should do ?

It looks like you need service engineer to check electrical and automation part of fridge for correct functioning. It could be many causes.
fan not spinning
door switch faulty
defrost heater faulty
automation of defrost proces faulty
air flow obtruction
low refrigerant charge
etc...
