Does everybody know the option code for Samsung AQV09KBAN?
And for the AQV09KBBN?

And, where I can find their service manuals?

AQV09KBAN option code is

AQY09KBBN option code is
010145 17c0d5 271920 372501

You should be able to get manuals from Samsung Portugal or local Samsung Agent but as they are about 42Mb file size they may not be able to email them to you.

Thank you Loops,

The AQV09KBAN has accepted that code but its external unit still shows a yellow blinking led suggesting a "capacity miss match" fault. That fault is only happening in the heating mode.

Any suggestion?

Have you pressed K3 in the outdoor unit since you reprogrammed the indoor unit?
