Sir, My Boss Just only call me that his aircon Gree Gwh12mb-d1nta3a/1 is not cooling the technician said that when he ON the unit then he set it to cool mode his pressure gauge was damaged because the pressure is high. Then he used the high side of the gauge he connect it to the suction port or low side port and he reads the pressure is almost 400 psi and the suction port is hot also when he touch it. He OFF the unit then try to ON again the compressor did not work only the outdoor fan the internal overload opens that was he said and the amperage in the unit is 8.9A or 9A only but the amp meter reads 11amps. What maybe the problem of this unit pls help so when I go there it not hard to me check Thank u very Much

And I ask my Boss if the Technician check the fault or error codes the technician didnt check it.

If he really changed mode to cooling before connecting gages, than 4 way valve is stuck at heating position. If this is right after installation, than wiring between indoor and outdoor unit is mismatched.
If actual mode is heating, than pressure is normal.

better to to replace the 4 way valve. its internal mechanism has damaged.

as the members above he might be incorrectly wired indoor to outdoor
or the 4 way valve (reversing valve is stuck)
if the ac is new
return it under warranty
im familiar with GREE ac
they are high quality ac

thank u sir I went there yesterday I replaced the 4 way valve I test the old one discharge to evaporator is open even it not energized. The solenoid is working the but mechanical inside the valve was defective. I test also the compressor because I dont know how many days or hours the unit is working with defective 4 way valve. Maybe tomorrow saturday I will vacuum the system coz it midnight already when I finish. Thank u sir for the reply.

the 4 way valve could be factory faulty if it was new
u have just to replace it
check it with nitrogen for leaks
make god vacuum then charge the system by weight
