low pressure is very high, high pressure is on the low side?!?

I have just finished installing a Bryant R410Asystem (Condenser and Cooling coil).
See picture of the gauge reading (low pressure is very high, high pressure is on the low side; subcooling is where it should be (according to Bryant chart)) and the the temperature differential inside is 16-17 degree Fahrenheit. The client complains it's not cooling enough and not cooling fast enough compared to his previous R22 system.
    What can the problem/s be?
What should I do to fix it/them?
    Thanks
