    Mini clamp meter

    image.jpgimage.jpgAlrite lads,

I'm after a mini / slim jaw clamp meter mainly for splits, the 1 I've got is too big to get run amps off fans and comps without snipping the outer sheath off the cables.

I've seen this martindale mini clamp that seems ok and a kewtech or the other name it has with really thin jaws.

    Any1 use similar?

    Cheers andy

Just read the spec and make sure it works on square waves and varied frequencies as generated by inverters.

Most small, cheap, clamp meters only give accurate readings at 50Hz sine wave.
