Help w/ starting issue on Carrier XTC Reefer
Hi. I have a 2006 Carrier XTC reefer that I am having a starting issue with.
When the reefer sits off for a day, and I go to start it, it will not start, and I get a code A35 for "Check Starter Circuit". If, I clear the alarm, and try again after a little bit, the unit will start.
Once it starts, and I set it on cycle mode, it will run fine, between cycles.
I have replaced the starter, and starter relay. Battery is new, and alternator is charging properly.
Any ideas on what the problem could be, or what I should check? Thanks.

Check your oil pressure switch. With Micro revision 5.07 if the op switch is stuck closed (any continuity at all across the switch) it will trip a code a35 (check starter circuit) before it even tries to crank.

Update the software to U05.09.00.
