BLUEBOX KAPPA /LE /N2 602 condensor

Hi all

working on a BLUEBOX KAPPA / NE / n2 602, serving DX coils on an AHU, that is faulting on thermal overload on one of the compressors, running on R407C.
Problem is the hot gas bypass solenoid valve has no power, so valve stays open, letting hot gas into suction at compressor, causing compressor to overheat due to not enough cold refrigerant to cool compressor.
Looks like the valve is normally closed and when compressor is running solenoid valve should power up to stop hot gas coming into suction of compressor when not needed, that is what other cooling circuit on unit is doing.
Don't know what is controlling solenoid to power on and off, traced the power back to Moeller softpact. No power from this.
Anybody any information on this units operation or wiring diagrams of unit and softpact.
Model is MST2-400-85L.
