Fujitsu R410A outdoor unit not working

    Indoor Model: ASU12CQ
    Outdoor Model: AOU12CQ

Everything was woking fine and suddenly the outdoor unit stopped working.
The inside unit works fine. It turns on and there is NO blinking lights.
We checked the capacitor in the outdoor unit and its good ... gives the right voltage.

Power to power relay on outdoor unit to run compressor? 12v dc to activate relay.

Outdoor fan motor spinning? 320v dc across red and black wires, 15v dc across black and white to power internal PCB? Power system off from main supply before unplugging fan or she go BOOM!

Indoor not on fan only? (!)

    Cheers,
    Andy.

"Power to power relay on outdoor unit to run compressor? 12v dc to activate relay."
Sorry i don't know what that means

    "Outdoor fan motor spinning?"
Nothing at all turns on on the outside unit

"320v dc across red and black wires, 15v dc across black and white to power internal PCB?"
I'm guessing everything should be good ... it was installed by a professional

    "Indoor not on fan only?"
Indoor turns on ... fan only

"Power system off from main supply before unplugging fan or she go BOOM!"
Where is that main supply located ?

    Hi Steve,

Sounds like you will need to get a qualified tech in to check the above points.

    Cheers,
    Andy.
