Smileys choice
Why do we have the the most miserable choice of smileys out of all forums in whole Internet? Are we such a uptight bunch of professionals in whole world of forums?

According to Google, it appears that sometimes Scottish people are smiling.
But, it looks like that is happening only abroad!
