Reset circuit breaker to make ac come on

Hello, I have a 2004 3 ton Comfortmaker condenser paired with a 2009 Unico air handler. Starting this season, the air conditioning will run and cycle off, then it will not turn on again until I switch the circuit breaker off, than back on. Neither the air handler or condenser will power on until I do so. I had the repair man out once, and he replaced 3 relays on the air handler. The problem persisted, so he was back out and this time replaced the thermostat, but yet again the ac wouldn't turn on. Before I call the serviceman back, I am looking to the forums for a little advice.

Sounds like stored fault being reset when powered off and back on. Try manufacturers fault diagnosis from controller or LEDs on pcb. Protection device.
