Sanyo RCS-TM80BG
Hi,
Our engineer set a minimum and maximum temp on our system. I want to change those temps but this isn't in the manual, can anyone help?

hi.. will you please tell me at what temp he had set the minimum and maximum temp..? did you check the temperature button..at the right side of the remote ..?

You will have to get him back to reset it .Those settings are in the advanced menu and serious damage could be done if the wrong parameters were changed by mistake

Anil it's not a remote - it's a wired control. The max is 24 and min is 18 as per my request. However we are finding that 24 is not 24, more like 20, and want to raise it. Joe - I realise they are in some advance engineer menu, thanks for the advice - is it really that complex to change? We are a computer company and used to pressing buttons...

you sure the max.min isnt the setback temperature for when the unit is off??
whats the model number for the outdoor? will dig something out
