    johnson controls on walk in freezer



    Client complaint ice on the floor in walking freezer, got to site Frozen droplets on ceiling and ice on floor defrost cycle obviously condensing and dripping onto floor, what I want to do is check the defrost intervals, temperature termination setpoint etc to identify problem but I cannot find how to access parameters no where anybody know
    It's a cr-nt150-1 module

    oh lower your defrost termination temp and have a 1-2 min drain time/dripping time, also dont start your evap fan till the evap coil is about 5 deg

    thanks for the reply, I already have this manual but it does not actually tell me how to actually access the parameters im at a dead end until I can do that

    you tried holding the set button in for about 10 seconds?

    hold enter to programming functions for 10 secs and hy will show up(hysteris)

    throw it into the bin and put a dixel/carel or the like onto it.

    they are a mega pita to navigate and get into and even harder to explain to someone over the phone compared to others.
