I'm trying to run an old Milk pasteurization
Specifications ;

I want to estimate the cooling capacity and the quantity of water
For chiller
Technical Office here said
Buy chilled water cooling capacity 30 kw
Flow 7 m3/h

well I haven't met the milk industry personaly, I've worked with it, but he's a shy thing and tends to be alone!

For the future, keep in mind we sadly can not read minds, this is a game of technicalities thus we need much detail.
What ambient temp unit will run in
what is cooling it? air water, unobtanium
What is flow rate of fluid, entering temp, desired exit temp and so fourth.
