AUX ASW-H12A4/SAR1DI fault - Error E5

Hi all,

My costumer has a AUX ASW-H12A4/SAR1DI with E5 error message. When I turn the AC on, the indoor unit starts "normally" and after around 5 minutes it shows the error message E5.

The outdoor unit never starts at all. I've tested the AC for cool and for heat. Same happen.

I found the service manual and E5 error is "fault of the indoor EEPROM".

Should I have to change the indoor unit board, or simply reprogram the EEPROM? I could try to reprogram the EEPROM, but where can I find the file?
