Cheese Room Evaporator
I am looking for advice on what type of evaporator to use in a cheese holding room.
I've had a look on the "search" but couldn't find anything.
It will need to be able to withstand the fumes, etc in the air and all the cheeses will be held open.
The customer want to hold the products at + 12*C (her ideal temperature according to the cheese manufacturers).
Thanks in advance.
If it was easy everyone would do it.

Two meters in the underground it's 12°C, like our grandparents taught us.

Stainless steel. Goedhart and Kuba makes them.
It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
