    Ciat dry-air cooler



    Hi I am having trouble running up a dry air ciat cooler.
    water in let temp is 40c and set point is 30c but fans will not kick in.
    its a brand new cooler.
    There is power on the control board but the unit it self will not turn on.
    any help.

    I also also am getting a stage 3 fault on the fans

    Sorry, I don't know these units. But I had some trouble with a HP control a little while ago. It turned out that I'd been paying too much attention to explaining the system to the work experience kid & forgot to open the valve to the control.
    It happens to us all.
    So, I'd check that you have power to everything. And that the 3~ rotation is correct. Any fuses are ok. Overloads are ok. Any fan speed / HP controls are correctly set. All valves are in the correct position.
    Then press every reset button that you can find.
    If that doesn't work, have a cup of tea whilst perusing the manual & any wiring diagrams for clues.
    Check Ciat's website and ring the local agent.
    Good luck.
    Finally, avoid Ciat equipment in the future! Lol
