Electronic Expansion Valve vs Capilliary in a high wall single split cooling only AC

Will an EEV in a 5kw cooling only split AC with fixed speed compressor have any advantage in terms of electricity savings versus a 5kw split AC (fixed speed compressor) using only a capilliary under the following weather conditions?

1) with high ambient temp of 45 degrees centigrade and extremely low humidity outside.
2) with low ambient temp of 32 to 39 degrees and high humidity outside.
