Brandt Apollo Upright Fridge Freezer

Hi guys im not in the trade but have a problem with my fridge freezer,,its a Brandt Apollo about 2 years old,,the freezer part works ok, but the top fridge section doesnt seem to get cold enough and seems to sit a couple of degrees below room temp ?
Any Ideas Much Appreciated

the cold air always is heaver than warm air,so it falls down ,
every time you open the freezer the ambient air inter the freezer case and warmed the top of it
these 2 reasons affecting the problem you facing
try to keep freezer closed for long period and then check the above and bottom tempreture

try defrosting it i bet there is ice in the freezer which is connected to the fridge by a plastic pipe at the back which is used to cool the fridge
