    Need Assistance for Daikin cassette

    Hi all,

Have been here a long time. Reading all post used to get some hints.
But now i need all the help, i can get.

    DELUXE CLASS - SKY AIR Series ( ***** R 22 )
    AC CASSETTE DAIKIN , DELUXE, WIRELESS 4PK ( 36.100 Btuh ) -
    Type SC – 100 KV ( R 100 LUY1 + FHYC 100 KVE ) ,
    Electricity : 380 V / 3 Phase / 50 Hz.

The problem is that the system just runs for 5 secs then shuts down
Earlier saw an 43 error code (Not in Daikin malfunction code list). It just went out later.

The HBP led binks in a cycle of 4 blinks stops then blinks 4 times and so on & on.

Does any one have the service manual for R100LUY1 & FHYC100KVE.

    Any ideas guys.

    Thanks in advance

Re: Need Assistance for Daikin cassette

    Thanks again
I think that this is an all model fault servicing guide.

THe problem has been resolved (USED A WIRED CONTROLLER TO DETECT ERROR CODES).

    1. 1st problem was C9 - Sensor problem (replaced).
    2. 2nd problem was U1 - Phase was reversed as the Electric department had some problem some where, and then reversed the phases. they did not report it to the ACR team and the particular section equipment did not work.
    3. Interestingly the 3 phase change did blow out a piece of the PCB and the PCB guys changed the setting on the Indoor PCB to Emergency (SS1 - switch).

SO the wireless remote did not function at all.

I had redone all the settings by trial and error.

Now it is noted down for ever.

    Thanks install monkey
would not have been possible without your help.
