Samsung AQV12NSDX Interior LED Codes

Samsung AQV12NSDX - After 4 or 5 months of operation, I am now getting blinking LED's on the inside panel, and this combination of lights does not correspond to anything in the service manual, or anywhere I can find a resource online for.
The Timer and Turbo lights blink together. If I kill the power at the breaker, when I flip the breaker back on, I get a blinking operation light for about a minute, then it switches over to the Timer and Turbo blinking together and will stay that way indefinitely...
I have been trying to get the original installer to come look at it for 7 months with no luck, and with the unit being so new, I am trying not to have to pay a serviceman to come out. If it is a marginally simple resetting of something or inputting a code, I can handle that myself. Unfortunately, with his putting me off, it looks like I may be out of warranty coverage...
Anyone know what this combination of lights could mean?
