    Trane issues

    Hi guys

got sent to a Trane unit today (EDCOO26A) as per usual Trane didn't offer any help, I'm looking to solve a "hc:F1" fault, this may be a maintenance time out alarm but I cant find anything online to prove the fault meaning or how to reset the timer alarm. Anyone help?

I don't recognise that model no. at all. How old is the unit & what is it - recip, scroll, screw etc? What type of controller is it - SCM/RCM, UCM/CLD, SMM, SC series?

    Re: Trane issues

Hi, just an update on my Trane issue. The controller is a MP30 which controls a Trane downflow close control unit. I managed to get a manual for this and reset the fault (hc:F1) The fault is a maintenance filter alarm which times out after 30000 hours, all you need to do is reset the timer. How do I attach the a pdf to this so others can see it if required?
