Bosch Fridge Freezer problems
Hi guys
excuse my newbie question. I have a bosch KGU40193AU/01 fridge freezer - the freezer is on the bottom and the fridge on top.
The fridge is not getting cold while the freezer does - and also freezes up. Both the fans are working, and i've tried full defrosts.
Could you give me some advice as to next steps of diagnosis.

Sorry, I should also add that both fans (in fridge and freezer) are working fine.
