Where are all the engineers!

We've got recruitment companies scouring the south for an engineer... But there's no bugger about! Seems we are all in jobs or looking at being self employed subbing out!

I even notice Australian companies are advertising
for engineers (refrigeration Mechanics) and will pay
for all the visa's and relocation costs.

Been to oz late last year,visiting a good friend who has a transport refrigeration business was well looked after he struggles to find staff so yes think there are openings out there but you have to work hard,all being well going back later this year depending on finances.
