Strange Problem on Sanyo ODU

Recently, i found the strange problem on Sanyo ODU Units ( 20 HP and 18 HP ), compressors are not working properly but there is no error shown on remote.when we reset the ODU it works but after one day it will not work.refrigerant is also Ok.would some body guide me, what is the actual problem..? any solution for this problem..

common fault on sanyo's is theres 2 reversing valves- check both are operating ok, sometimes 1 will pass- check pipe temps on all 4 connections and compare against the other 4 way valve
