Air conditioning unit on New Holland tractors TM140 and TS110

We have 2 Newholland tractors TM140 and TS110. The airconditioning units have lost their gas charges. I have to fined the leaks and then recharge.

Would like to know if any Engineers on here have experience working on those units, would like some guidance.

    Regards

Put some oxygen free nitrogen in the systems and use soap on all r404 the joints, pressure it up to around 100 psi to start with.

sorry my computer spelt 404a,mistake 134a is the refrigerant used but ofn oxygen free nitrogen should be used to leak test the joints then when leakage is sorted blow off nitro and vac and charge as per oems recomended wieght, sorry for the confusion.
