do you install receiver tank on system? or only condenser alone.

is there possibility of low refrigerant supply when all evaporator is in use?

Is this a new installation? Has it ever worked correctly?

Are you sure the system is correctly charged?

What kw capacity does each evaporator have? How many compressors and their total HP?

Has the system pipework been designed correctly?

hi beeran , did you saw if the compressor motor is running? If it’s humming, or making a steady noise, and your freezer is still not cooling properly, there could be a problem with one or more various components. If it is running, but your freezer is still not cooling at all, there may be a problem with the condenser or evaporator coils.
