    carrier high batt problem



    hi i have a problem with a carrier when i switch on the panel it lights up the error light and displays high voltage and the engine wont even start when i checked with the voltmeter its11v and i have read that to show this message the dc voltage must be over 17v but its only 11v can anyone help . thanks
