It is possible!
Is there a digital thermostat that can run two AC units simultaneously means at a time or is
there another solution using one thermostat? Any views related this will be appreciated.

Are we talking electro mechanical thermostats or remote controllers?
If the first then the solution is via relays, if the second then it will depend on the manufacturer.
