Aermec NSB Remote on/off with external volt-free contact not working

We have about 15 Large Aermec NSB chillers on site and all of a sudden one will not switch off via the BMS digital input nothing seems linked out or overridden and the BMS relay operates.

any help please I'm stumped

check the relay for remote on/off doesnt have continuity when its powered down, maybe swap boards with another chiller to see if the fault moves

I've checked the relay thanks and even taken the wires out of the input into the chiller PLC, it still runs and can only be stopped and started via the front panel. The only trouble is the default passwords have been changed recently by the last company that lost the contract and nobody appears to know them now, very strange.
It think the settings have been changed so its not looking for that input anymore. The manufactures password would get me out of trouble I expect.

It's fixed a password was found, control by digital input was switched off.
