txv and btu's?

Are a 1 ton txv for a walk in cooler and a 1 ton txv for a freezer rated the same btu's?If so approximately what btu rating is a 1 ton txv?

I think they are rated at nominal conditions (at least danfoss are) i expect there would be a correction factor for differing conditions. I generally get them sized by the wholesalers technical guy unless it is equipment i am familiar with.
