    Glide/Superheat

    Hello Everone
I am looking for a few opinions on Setting TXV superheats on Refrigerants with a wide Glide such as the 407 blends. I work primarily on larger Supermarkets and notice a few differing opinions on setting TXV's
    * I have heard people using the Dew/Bubble average. (which is what I use for setting Pressure controls/high side valves)
    * I have heard people using the DEW and setting valves 6-8 deg F ( or to the MFG's spec)

I have been setting Superheats with the DEW temp, and I usually set the valves on the lower side 4-6 deg F .

    * When the first droplet of vapor occurs (Dew Temperature)
    * When the first bubble of vapor happens (Bubble Temperature)
    Any Comments are appreciated.
