Re: asked the specification expansion valve
http://www.ra.danfoss.com/TechnicalI...B5137_2012.pdf
Page 25 is PHT information.
Suggest contact Danfoss rep in your area to avoid mistakes.
From what I see PHT1 is main valve size.
Some orifices I see usually have TR on them!
What is the problem with it?

Re: asked the specification expansion valve
Noted,
I am not sure because the plan will replace the existing unit with BITZER compact screw type CSW,
I would need to ensure that the old unit cooling capacity because we lost the engineering book unit above
we also did not find the old compressor displacement value
(single-stage compressor VL127 mark iii (5"x4") Hall-Therm and seawater-cooled condenser)

Re: asked the specification expansion valve
what is the after CSW please write full information . CSW has different sizes . do not worry about that size . you have to put right one for your new compressor.

Re: asked the specification expansion valve
CSW-8582-125
evaporator sst 0 c --- condenser 50c--- capacity = 335 kw
evaporator sst 0 c --- condenser 40 c---capacity = 385 Kw
so you have to look similar capacity for expansion valve.
