Stulz cosmotec pump alarm

Hey , Iv got a Stulz cosmotec chiller

there's an alarm on the panel (alarm pump 1 maintenance )

I was wondering if anyone knows how to clear this from the screen?
iv been email a manual from Stulz , which is a little less than useless for this fault

any ideas

Can you clear it by accessing the relevant parameter and turning the selection off and then on again. try code 0000 to get in.

Hey all done. Code 111. Reset data menu brings up a sub menu. I was too affraid to push it before incase it wiped everything and stopped the chiller. My gamble paid off. Result on a Friday haha
