Trouble with Daikin inverter vrv3 showing ue error code

Hi,
Currently I have a set of vrv3 connecting about 10 indoor units,
As the crc shown UE, so I went to reset the system.
When I was at the cu, the pcb showing h2p,and h3p is light up.
Tried resetting, the system was working for 1-2weeks and the problem comes back.

What should I do now?
Need some advice urgently.
