R134a
Hello
I have a small cooling system with a display case and 3 small storage cabinets, its charged with R134a and has a LŽunite hermetique compressor.
What is the ideal suction and discharge pressure for the R134a?
it has a water cooled condenser.
I have been told to run it at about 1 bar lp and 8 bar hp, is that correct?
Cheers
HSH

Re: R134a
Condensing pressure depends on water temperature, and evaporating temperature depends on case setpoint.

Re: R134a
does not sound far out though, high pressure sides a bit low is it over condensing,ie too much water, is the liquid line too cold, mind you if its working o/k who cares !

Re: R134a
Sounds good. Low head pressures are always a good thing.
When you say bar. are you talking gauge pessures or absolute????????????
I'm guessing gauge or you have a dam good compressor.
