Suitable refrigeration system for Supermarket:Scroll compressor pack or semi-hermetic

We are currently working on a proposal to the owner of one of the chain of supermarkets here in the Philippines, the owner wanted to have his system with the compressork pack equipped with semi-hermetic compressors.

Our goal is to convinced him to use compressor pack with scroll compressors, aside from economic gains and efficiency, what other aspects that we can mention to the owner to have him shifted in using the system with scroll comp?

OK,
Personally I always preferred the semis, if something goes wrong with them you can always take them apart and repair them whilst the hermetic ones are throw away items.

But, IMHO, the big benefits with the scrolls are; quieter, less likelihood of a leak, weight and size.

Show the customer the differences in purchase price, running costs, and maintenance cost for the two styles of pack, but let him buy what he wants.

Imagine you went to buy a new work van, but the sales man wanted to sell you a pickup truck as he thought it better, you would likely go to another dealer...
