P29 Sanyo fault
Hey all, was at a p29 sanyo fault earlier. I didn't get much time to look a the outdoor as light was fading, I'm going back tomorrow.
My compressor windings were all the same resistance: 0.7 ohms
My HIC board had a reading of 298 between P and N on each phase of the inverter.
Anything else I can check?
It's a split: Spw-cr484gvh56
Thanks

Re: P29 Sanyo fault
you need to power down the hic board- unplug the u,v,w and + and - test resistance accross + to u,v,w then - to u,v,w then reverseleads toget more readings, all 3 sets of resistances should be the same, either continuity or infinity- ideally a analogue meter
megger the pot to earth too

Re: P29 Sanyo fault
Is that Hic board error fault?
If it is my advice would be to condemn it or set it on fire!!The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.

Re: P29 Sanyo fault
Hi,
The fault P29 can come from the CT around the line of the power supply.

Re: P29 Sanyo fault
put an inverter checker on it to proove your hic board is ok
