Daikin temp controller

Hi guys need to adjust the temp on this controller but seems to be locked out its a daikin brc2c51 controller it allows me to scroll up and down but will just take me back to 21 after 3 seconds or so any help would be great! Cheers

It's showing that it has a centralised controller attached so no matter what you do, the higher authority controller will always put it back to settings in the Master control

If he is, he needs to contact Reception and ask for an uplift of the set point
P.S. we always fit them the right way up.
