Well I finally bit the bullet and ordered this FF at the end of last year, and have taken delivery of it today, to give me a chance to run down the freezer.

I haven't yet switched it on, but the door shows resistance at about 30 degrees, and makes a noise as if it is being forced. It's unobstructed in its position, am wondering if I need to remove something within the door? Or whether this is a known fault?

The first thing I have realised is that Samsung UK offer no service on a Sunday. I can't help but think I've made another FF purchasing mistake here.

check the destructions- or look for polystyrene strips or that blue sellotape stuff around the doors
