Compair fridge air dryer

Hi guys
after some help with Compair dryer, not familiar with these dryers anyway when testing it runs for about I minute and then stops and doesn't kick back on , when on comp and fan running.its only small unit 240v and r134a 0.5kg not much on it just drain ,comp, fan. I put 240v direct to comp and fan and they run but comp did start to ice up after 5mins. Small digital controller that just says dry,

test the controller for output to the comp, could be a stuck relay or parameters wrong
