Climaveneta Chiller WRAT Problem

e01 input voltage wrong- check youhave 415v accross any 2 phases- not got a manual

Good day
We have a Climaveneta wrat b 1002 chiller , and we are in a big problem
The chiller doesnts worrk anymore from 4 days and our ice rink it is A BIG LAND OF WATER
It shows error E001 * I think it is an electrical error
The tension we misured is 247 Volt or 427 Volt between phases .
How can I make this machine started ?
If the tension V it is too big , and the chiller stays on protection , do I have to enter a PASSCODE?
I do not have it , anybody can help me?
I saw there is a serial port in the matherboard and I think I can increase the limit of the power tension by 5% , so could it work that way?
Is is a shame to see people coming at the Ice Rink and laugh becouse there is no it , the company we bought it from dont answers the phone,and we don't have any manuals or support
