Calculation of "Q" as converted to KWhr

    Happy Holidays to all.
Ok so as Big Government aka "THE D.O.E." puts the squeeze on the little guy we now need an environmental room complete with Coriolis Mass Flow Meter to test the energy usage (KW) of remote cases. Can anyone point me to some info on the set-up and use of this equipment and procedure.

My Company is so small we can only afford Kengineering

    .

Would a normal energy meter work?

Domestic versions for a tenner and I'm sure there is
    a commercial version out there?

    Regards

    Rob

Oh so sorry I've let this sit for so long. The DOE has postponed the compliance date so it just wasn't the high priority until now.

Power meter ,,, I have one it's great for the self contained but on a remote that runs off a rack needs to be measured at the coil inlet as in; How much refrigerant needs to pump through this coil to cool this load for 24 hrs.. Then .... arrrgggghhhh.
