    Revision to F-Gas Regulations

As we eagerly awaited the latest changes to F-gas regulations from the European Council and Parliament. The first insights from our industry associations are as follow.
The gradual phase-down, as expected, will be the main policy instrument.
There are virtually no bans, and certainly no taxes or levies, on HFCs.
The demand for training on alternatives has been dropped, as is the ban on pre-charging equipment.
The requirement for training (legislative!) on the handling of alternative refrigerants has been postponed for review in 2017.

Following amendments (Phase downs for HFC) have already been agreed.
1/01/2022: Multipack centralised refrigeration systems for commercial use with a capacity of 40kW or more that contain, or that rely upon for their functioning, fluorinated greenhouse gases with GWP of 150 or more, except in the primary refrigerant circuit of cascade systems where fluorinated greenhouse gases with a GWP of less than 1500 may be used

 1/01/2025: Single split air-conditioning systems containing less than 3kg of fluorinated greenhouse gases, that contain, or that rely upon for their functioning, fluorinated greenhouse gases with GWP of 750 or more

Good Morning, If this is so, There are virtually no bans, and certainly no taxes or levies, on HFCs.
the tax comes into effect in Spain for HFC can he be impugned?
This taxe is calculated multiplying the value GWP by 0.02 with a maximum of 100 € per kilo.
    It will be applied gradually, 2014 33% 2015 66% 2016 100%
    R134a>>2016 26€
    R404a>>2016 76€
