2 week of close to zero temperature weather

Hi
its very cold here in Iraq
the temperature reached z and less in the last ten days and keeps on
we didn't encounter such very cold weather before
the funny thing that
here the HVAC ac business is approximately stop in winter bcoz winter here is not so cold
but this winter i received about 10 call in the work about heating issue

also the view of frosted outdoor unit was very common
