    Post carrier chiller



    [B]we have 3 carrier air cooled chiller we cant access to alarm icone
    who we can accses to this icone .this chiller has password levels
    can you help me

    i think there is not two digit password. try it for alarm access 2222.

    It depends on which type of display he has it is more likely to be 11 as he can't see the alarm menu.

    The default
    password is 0111. Use the arrow keys to change each number
    and press to accept the digit. Continue with the
    remaining digits of the password. The password can only be
    changed through CCN operator interface software such as
    ComfortWORKS®, ComfortVIEW™ and Service Tool

    French made XA's are either the Touch screen type password 2222 or Pro Dialog with buttons password is 11 enter enter.
    American XA using Comfortlink Touch Screen 2222.

    i activated the password but the alarm( (control box thermostat))
    stall appear

    Electrical box interlock alarm is the safety for control box temperature. Check your panel ventilation, also I have seen some same chillers the wiring is series connected to external flow switch and chilled water pump interlock. Hence, if the flow switch is fail the same alarm will be displayed.

    An Electrical Box Thermostat Failure can also = Improper phasing detected by the reverse rotation board.
    Check- Check Power phasing, improper wiring or faulty rotation board.
    Logically yours is likely to be phasing of the power supplies?

    thanks moideen for your last help .i have another proplem the touch screan not working and the chiller is runing .do you have spare part list for carreir chiller 30xa a or any carreir vender at our regon to make order to bay the spare parts. thank you again for your helps

    Guys, I am new to this thread so pardon my mistakes. I have trane chillers (model ECGAL500) and trane air handling units to maintain but cant have access to the system because there is a password on it. Anyone knows how i can get it or reset it. Also any technical manual will be appreciated. Thanks guys!
