Beko ap930x
We have a Beko american fridge freezer which is working ,freezer is cold,fridge is ok but shows erroer E4 on the display-thought maybe a faulty defrost heater but this model doesn't seem to have one-there are a few sensors attached to the evaporator etc -anyone an idea on which one may be at fault?

ok changed the water filter-still shows E4-is there a way to reset this error message on this model.....

anyone know how to clear this error E4 on this model.....have replaced the water filter but still shows this error

This fridge have NO-FROST system and therefore must have defrost heater. E4 is defrost heater error. Probable faulty thermal fuse.

This sounds like the same cabinet I have just put a post on about but it is badged Leisure - It had a faulty termination stat which I have replaced and it still displayed e4 - frustration!
