No power to Hotpoint RLA30 fridge

The door on my Hotpoint RLA30 was catching on the interior of the fridge (probably too heavy with wine box and other stuff in the door) so I removed the bracket at the base and added a couple of small washers to the pin to raise the door slightly. I had to tilt the fridge to get at the two nuts on the bracket, but it was all working just fine when I rolled it back into place under the worktop.

Cleaned underneath the fridge and, before reloading it, started to wipe over the shelves..... that's when it stopped working.

No power to the fridge at all. Checked the fuse and checked the wall socket, all ok.

What did I do wrong? what is it likely to be and is it an easy fix?

Panic over..... left it switched off for an hour or so and it's all working again but the bulb is blown. Internal trip fuse possibly??
