    condenser sizing

    Hi,
can somebody give me some solutions on the given problems.
    1. original condenser has failed beyond repairs (running for 134a system). so an available condenser almost same capacity designed for R22 was used in its place but on running the sub cooling is found very high. Its hp is not coming down and the unit is tripping on hp. also there is no proper ventilation inside the room.
    readings-
    High pr- 225psi (and max250+)
    condenser incoming line- 185*F
    condensing line temp -80*F
    Amb - 77*F
how to reduce the pressure, removed some gas but its a temporary again building up almost the same. purchasing a new condenser is costly affair, how to manage with the same.
