premier2 geothermal heating and cooling system.

Just wondering if anyone has worked with waterfurnace premier2 units. They are a water cooled condensor.

Basicly im doing maintenace and recently new to this building all 26 aircon units have the condensor water modules taken off and reading by the log they are all set wrong which is why they were pulled off.

Ive checked every aircon running pressure and are all running at r22 60psi 400kpa pressure which is 0deegrees but after a while they drop in pressure.

Is the unit over condensing which is dropping the suction pressure?

Please help me out thank you.

So if the water cooled condenser has been removed what are they using now?

Sorry i was meant to say they motorised water valves and i think they regulate on pressure. But the vavle now has been adjusted fully opened. And the motors have been taken off just dangling next to the pipes....

So now ita just getting a constant flow of water...
