    Clivet heat pump wsan-ee121

Dear all, I have recently procured clivet heat pump ...
The electrician has prepared all electric connections based on the drawings. I have a problem that the unit works on cooling mode only, doesn't switch to heating.

the kep pad is also connected to the heat pump, however it doesn't receive/read signals from the heat pump.

Can you please assist me on this?

Thanks we used this one ...but we still have the problem. The electrical connections are identical. The hear pumps works on cooling on its own. The key pad on/off button doesnt respond...nit even heating!

We became a Clivet dealer for a while at Denco, many moons ago.......

The controller was a little weird, in fact, it was aresey-versey

To select cooling, you had to select the SUN symbol to denote that it was hot
If you wanted to select heating you had to select the SNOWFLAKE sysmbol to indicate you were cold.

Just a whimsical thought, but I wonder if this helps you at all?
